Dominic was not feeling very well, and went home with his dad to rest. Their Amma and Papa Stu were out to a show at the farmers market, so it was just Lucy, her mama, me and my pup today. We had lots of crafting time, imagination play, and Lucy helped me tend to her mama. She was also so delighted to learn from the nurses aid that she can crawl up in bed and snuggle her mom. She worked on my hair for awhile. Somehow it got left in a rather interesting halfway done hairdo, which she though was rather funny. Angie and Quinn also brought a beautiful iris for the kids to plant tomorrow for their mom. Thankfully it was a warm day. We spent as much time as possible in the sunshine.
