Lindsey was born in Flint Michigan on November 12, 1986, the daughter of Richard Prieur and Deborah Hazel. She has resided in the Davison area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to her partner and best friend Frank Isaia on October 15, 2015.
Lindsey loved crafting, culinary arts, and preparing meals for family. Growing up as the lone female surrounded by brothers, she was a natural athlete and ferocious competitor. Though a multi-sport star in high school, her passion for volleyball set that apart from the rest. A lover of any and all types of games, she would bring an unmatched level of intensity while routinely defeating anyone unlucky enough to go against her (especially her children). That same intensity carried over into all areas of her life, as those who knew her can attest to. Giving anything less than 100% was never an option for her. It was this ability that led to her having both a successful career in the financial industry, as well as being an incredible do-it-all mother and wife at home.
She leaves behind to lovingly cherish her memory husband Frank Isaia, children Dominic and Lucy, her mother Debi Hazel, step father Stu Selesky, brothers Seth Prieur, Tony and wife Angie Prieur, Jason and wife Autumn Prieur, Jack Prieur and step mother Angela Prieur, her niece Sadie Prieur and nephews Miles Prieur and Quinn Smith, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Lindsey’s cousin Ema for being her loving and dedicated caregiver during her recent illness.

Doreen Anzalone says
I am so very sorry to hearing about Lindsey’s passing. My heart breaks for your family. Hugs to Dominic and Lucy, and you all. May you find peace.
I had Dominic and Lucy in preschool, and I so enjoyed my morning chats with Lindsey. She truly had a beautiful soul and radiated love for all.
Pamela Webster says
My friend shared this poem with me today, one that has new meaning to me and is beautiful in every way. Perhaps it gives comfort to others as well.
Gone From My Sight
I am standing upon the seashore. A ship, at my side,
spreads her white sails to the moving breeze and starts
for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength.
I stand and watch her until, at length, she hangs like a speck
of white cloud just where the sea and sky come to mingle with each other.
Then, someone at my side says, “There, she is gone.”
Gone where?
Gone from my sight. That is all. She is just as large in mast,
hull and spar as she was when she left my side.
And, she is just as able to bear her load of living freight to her destined port.
Her diminished size is in me — not in her.
And, just at the moment when someone says, “There, she is gone,”
there are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices
ready to take up the glad shout, “Here she comes!”
And that is dying…
