A year ago today a cardiac arrest reduced our vibrant 36 year old Lindsey to a coma state that lasted 40 days.

In her memory please think about learning CPR, getting a AED (defibulator) into a place that doesn’t have one, show love to a stranger, give thanks daily, listen to your heart & not this world, be grounded in nature, forgive, & don’t let material things dictate your life. Blessings.
